IN YOUR SHOES WHEN I CAME FRESH FROM B-SCHOOL TO AMERICA.
WITH THE PRESSING DUTIES OF THE DAY I SIMPLY WAS NOT ABLE TO EXAMINE
ALL APPLICATIONS OR EVEN RESPOND TO THEM! I AM SORRY. ALSO MANY
APPLICANTS SIMPLY SEEMED TO ‘NEED A JOB' AND I COULD NOT FIND THE
FITTING AND NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS. I THEREFORE THOUGHT OF ANOTHER
APPROACH: DEFINE THE JOB DESCRIPTION CLOSER SO THAT CANDIDATES GET
A CLEARER PICTURE OF WHAT IS EXPECTED FROM THEM AND OF WHAT QUALIFICATIONS
GENERALLY AND SPECIFICALLY ARE REQUIRED.

WE GOT APPLICATIONS OF EXPERIENCED TALENT BUT NEED TO LIMIT OURSELVES
TO CANDIDATES THAT ARE WILLING TO LIMIT THE APPETITE FOR RENUMERATION

BRING US THE REQUIRED NEW BUSINESS.

Freude am “Tuefteln” und am Kunsthandwerklichem.
Wir haben z .Zt. 8-12 Angestellte, moechten (und muessen) expandieren,
da wir nun ein ganzes Haus besetzen.
Uber die Jahre haben wir Schweizer Stagiaires angestellt und meistens
gute bis sehr gute Erfahrungen gemacht . Deshalb moechte ich mit
dem vorgaengigen Programm weiterfahren. Alter: 24-35 Jahre.
